Entry Requirements

Before you apply to any programme with us ensure to inspect the requirements of that programme to make sure you qualify for it. For more information about that programme, contact the Dean of the school where that program will be offered.

Requirements for both the Certificate programs include: At a minimum: An “O” Level Certificate Passing grades in the following subject: Mathematics, English, Biology, Chemistry and Physics Requirements for DM; Registration with Nursing Council Certificate in midwifery or Nursing and a picture (if space allows) of school buildings or classrooms here.

Download the application forms (Diploma and Certificate) or pick it from the Registrar’s Office at the School Campus.

Application Procedure

The application process includes:

  • Get an application form from the Academic Registrar’s office
  • Submit the filled application to the academic registrar’s office;
  • Attach a photocopy of your UCE pass slips, P7 pass slip and Certificates;
  • Provide a recommendation letter and an ID from your former school.

Application fees

A Non-Refundable Application Fee of UGX 75,000 for both Diploma and Certificate (excluding bank charges) should be paid on submission of the application form.
